PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT CAREFULLY:

mcare is the market leader in providing Authorized Apple Services in Finland and Sweden. mcare has more than 70 technicians in 7 locations and has a logistics reach of just one day throughout the countries where present. mcare has excellent customer satisfaction of more than 90% which originates from fast turn around times, fixed and simple pricing models, proximity locations and great environmental and customer responsibility.

We are looking for (detailed description in "freelancer specs.pdf"):
4 icons:
- Find the nearest service point
- Request repair/book a repair
- Contact us
- Track your order
8 icons or illustrations:
- A set of 8 icons or illustrations for a service process description
8 icons or illustrations:
- A set of 8 icons or illustrations that describe different reasons to choose mcare
Logos and an icon for a product called "mcare service contract and mcare service contract plus" (mcare SLA and mcare SLA+):
- Vertical and horizontal logos for mcare SLA and mcare SLA+
- Logo only
- Icons for mcare SLA and mcare SLA+
"Cant find what you are looking for?" AND "Request service/Request repair/Book a repair" prompts:
- 2 Icons or illustrations

EDIT1: mcare is written with a lowercase 'm'.

EDIT2: IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!
-mcare is not looking for a new identity. We will stick with the old logo design
-mcare SLA is a product/service, not a company.
-We are getting a lot of entries with mcare SLA designs only.
-We are more interested in the process description and prompt illustrations.
-If we find someone whose illustrations are up to standard. I'm sure his/her logo is also up to standard.

EDIT3:
-We are not going to choose the winner based on the SLA logo design.
-Designing the SLA logo is trivial
-We are interested in the process description illustrations mainly and will choose the winner based on that

  Dear Contest Holder, please be very careful when sealing the contest. When designs are hidden "we" the designers community can't help you to block copyright infringement, clipart copy and paste etc.. look on google, stock images sites and most important the designers profiles to see who you're dealing with if a scam or a real professional. As any other contest site freelancer.com has a good number of pro designers but as well a ton of amateur looking for a quick cash. Hope this helps. Good luck with your contest!)

Please read the description. We are NOT looking for a new identity for mcare. We are also more interested in the icons and illustrations. The SLA is only a TINY part of the contest. We would like to see icons/illustrations for the process descriptions and the prompts. If someone drafts the process descriptions up to standard, I'm sure he/she also has the talent to create the SLA logo and we can come to an agreement.
