For example, you may put figures of people in the logo, or other artwork to reflect "development". Whatever the name "The People Development Company" brings up in your mind!

We are looking for an awesome logo for a new leadership development and HR company, The People Development Company.

The company takes a personal approach to its clients, providing bespoke leadership training and development services. It is a personal, caring company, with a modern approach to its services.

The logo should include the letters: PDC
either as normal text or taking a creative approach to using those letters.

The logo must also be accompanied by the full name of the company, written separately to it: The People Development Company

We would like a high resolution transparency and the full vector source file (see below).

Graphic Requirements:
• Source file requirements: All original vector source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape and saved as layered AI or EPS files. Note that PSDs saved as EPS files are not true vector / scalable files and will not be accepted.
• All fonts (and operating systems) must be listed in a text file within your submission zip file. Include the name of the font and a link to where it can be downloaded/purchased. DO NOT include any font files in your submission or source files.
• All text in the graphic should be converted to outlines.
• A high resolution transparency accompanying the source files.

Other Preferences:
• Colour palette is open, but limited to 6 colours. Black and white may also be used.
• Stock photography is not allowed in this contest. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you.
