Logo Design for National Raffle (Lottery) of Barbados

Σύνοψη Διαγωνισμού

We are launching 'The Barbados Raffle' and will be going island wide (we also own the Carib Raffle, coming soon). We want a flashy / colourful and exciting logo to catch the attention of the public. It must a logo that is instantly recognizable (like the UK's crossed fingers etc). We do not want anything too overkill but rather simple and hard hitting. Please consider incorporating the following visual assets (not all together, in fact only one at a time): colourful shooting stars, a sun, raffle ticket, gifts/prizes exploding everywhere, visuals that represent luck i.e. pot of gold, gold coins, irish shamrock, horseshoe (see the image attached 'symbols of luck')... colourful text, bold text, shiny/reflecting 3D text, italica text like the LOTTO logo attached (black with white line through it), the national colours of Barbados are blue and yellow so this could be incorporated but it is not at all necessary and to be honest I am not a big fan of branding it with the national colours over something really exciting, happy and bold. Get creative. Think of the national lottery *(even the UK national lottery) for big ideas. We will be giving away grand prizes and cash so don't think raffle, think along the lines of a lottery but we are not legally a lottery. I have uploaded some images of brands I like and also a quick mock up of a "The Barbados Raffle" however this is just playing around. Do not base your design on this. These are just ideas. Also, we do not necessarily want or need to see "The" in the logo design, it can be "Barbados Raffle" or "The Barbados Raffle". I think "The" is stronger in regards to brand and grandeur but it depends on the visual logo and how well it is portrayed. I want something bold. You also get to say you designed the Barbados National Raffle logo which will be as large as our National Lottery.

Thank you, but everything that has been submitted is very 'clip arty'. I want something more substantial. Unique. Please take a look at the examples I uploaded and use those as a reference.
