Home Quarters Furnishings is a furniture store that has been serving the Greater Vancouver area since 2003. In the past year, we have gone through a merchandise makeover. We used to carry more classic, American style furniture, but now are importing higher end, contemporary and modern furniture directly from Italy. To showcase our new store direction, we are looking for an illustrator to help us create an image for a window wrap.

The image should feature one of our Italian sofas, which a female model sitting on it, and a modern living room in the background. The overall look and feel should be high end and luxurious, but also inviting. We have attached some inspiration images, as well as two options of sofas to feature. We want the image to look like the image attached aka very realistic (will look like an actual photograph from far away), with clear depth between model, sofa, and background.

Image size should be 1,105 cm wide by 270 cm height. 300 dpi.

Dear CH, contest was ended before i could submit the final illustration of the woman sitting on the sofa, i can upload to Dropbox if you agree. Keep in mind that for this size, photo stock must be purchased in the highest file size, is not guaranteed, might look terrible when printed. Comissioned photography is used for this size, so photographer knows the file size required. Thanks!

Dear CH: plse. note that Large Graphics are not printed at 300 DPI ( would be impossible to upload a file that large). You will print at your local shop, with a plotter. I suggest you ask that shop the resolution required for your Window size. They might use "photo" quality paper, but is not a "photographic" process, is CMYK plotter.
