We have none of our original cad files that created these renderings. We will be introducing 300 new products. We will need renderings created from line drawings. The line drawings nor renderings need not be to scale with the actual products, just reasonable representations of the looks.

We do have the background template in Autocad and jpg format.

We will want a copy of the original autocad files or whatever drawing program you use to create the images and a jpg of the renderings for our website.

We will have about 300 combinations to do initially then maintenance as we go along. We will be combining the same top portion (Cap) with different sets of Legs to make different combinations. Then we will use those same leg sets again with different Caps to produce more combinations. There are 18 Caps and 25 sets of legs. These can then be combined into 300 different product drawings.

We have existing jpg file renderings of all of the components and line drawings of the components as well as the completed models. The existing renderings were not made to be interchangeable with the various different leg sets. The angles and colors vary so we cannot simply cut the leg sets off of one drawing and paste them to another Cap. That is our goal, to re-do them so that can be done.

The hardest part of working with people overseas is the communication. I am willing to invest in that effort to make things easier going forward. If you understand our terminology I won't have to give you finished models for you to re-produce. You will be able to glean the parts you need from what we already have and put them together. This is as valuable to me as the finished product as it saves us both a lot of time.

You will be able to find components like caps and legs from the website www.hearthco.com according to the names you need.

I will be creating Line Drawings (Spec sheets) and you will create the Renderings from them and from the existing renderings if they are of any use.

I attached the Excel speardsheet showing the combinations we will be working on. It is not complete but this will give you the idea. We would like to start with the Dublin and Mesa Series. We have the Mesa and Madrid already so that leaves 4 in the series. We have the Mesa and Madrid already done (see attached). Note the Mesa rendering is done correctly. The Madrid was supposed to match it but notice the color is totally different. The Mesa Cap is supposed to be one drawing and the Mesa legs a different drawing then they are combined to make a Mesa. The Mesa Cap would be combined with the Dublin Legs to make a Madrid. They are not supposed to be all custom drawings.

We have Autocad drawings for the Dayton, Dallas, Denver and Malaga

“Tom is AWESOME. There are a lot of talented people but Tom is able to understand what we want and that is RARE. He was the only one who submitted drawings that showed he understood our project. Many others submitted beautiful drawings but they were just that, nice work but no sign they understood our requirement. Our project is for interchangeable parts, tops and sets of legs. His was the only entry that had one top and three sets of legs. Everyone else showed only one combined part. We have been working with him and it is a joy. His most common reply to me is "Got it" and he DOES!!!”
