I need help with school spirit wear designs

I have three design examples I would like to have customized, so our school can have spirit wear (t-shirts and sweatshirts with the school's logo and mascot for students, staff and parents to wear to school events) made. I have a make design, a female design and a unisex design example. I want to have each of these customized with our school name and mascot. Please see detailed needs below:

Design #1: The large letter needs to be changed to an S. In script in the 's' the word would be Knights instead of Rockets. The words on the bottom of the design would read STARR KNIGHTS and the picture in the large letter S would be a knight's head/profile. Along with this design, can you please make a graphic with just the S and the script Knights? This would be used on the front of a zip up sweatshirt and the full design would be printed larger on the back. The full design would also be printed on the front of t-shirts. The colors need to be hunter green and white. Designs will be printed on navy clothing. This is the Unisex design.

Design #2: (Boys) In place of the words STAR WARS the words STARR KNIGHTS. Remove KREINHOP FIELD DAY, do not put anything else in that place, just put STARR on top of KNIGHTS instead. On the lower portion, where the lettering is tilted back, please write MAY THE PRIDE BE WITH YOU in the same style. Please eliminate the year on the bottom of the design. We would like a profile of a knight in the background as the image, and we would like to keep the little specks/stars as they appear in the original version. You can adjust the sizing/positioning of the words as you see fit. Design needs to be hunter green and white, as it will be printed on navy clothing. Please make a single S in the same font to go on the front of a zip up sweatshirt.

Design 3: (Girls) Please change the Trojan head to a Knight's head in a similar styling. When we produce this design, the heart will be in silver glitter on clothing, please make the letter I white and the knight head hunter green. Please make a separate image of just the knight head to use on the front of a zip up sweatshirt.

There should be 6 total files created for this completed project.
