We are looking for someone to design a fresh and creative annual report cover and internal pages based loosely on our logo colours. Our previous annual reports can be viewed online at this link http://www.mentalhealthtribunal.tas.gov.au/annual_reports

We are working on the content at the moment, but just require the design to be finalised asap.

We are looking for something modern, clean, fresh, professional and not &quot;run of the mill&quot;. A lot to ask, but hopefully there is someone out who can &quot;see&quot; what I mean.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee this job as my employer will make the ultimate decision. But if they love a design, they will definitely award that designer.

For inspiration, here is what our logo is intended to represent - what the designer used to create it.
• Tasmania
• The 3 main stakeholders in relation to the purpose of the Tribunal: the patient, the Health services and the Tribunal itself
• That the 3 stakeholders are closely aligned and almost linked to provide the patient with the treatment they need, with the breaks also representing least restrictive setting
• Encompassing objects of the Act – providing assessment, treatment and care of persons with mental illness
• Colours that are calm and compliment the Tasmanian government if needed
• Lettering that is not all bold and rounded edges for the less formal nature of proceedings
• MHT in bold to represent the acronym often used

We'd like the annual report design to compliment the intention of the logo.

Dear MHT personnel in charge,

Could you delay/extend the competition deadline a little (say 24hours)? I had not captured your rationale of the logo and your needs (which had just been inserted in the last 24 hours) and would like to re-submit a new design based on your latest needs.

  I am meeting with our President and Registrar on 30 May to discuss and choose the final design. So if you could get the design to us by tomorrow that will be fine. Thank you for your interest in the design :)

yes, only cover page right now. I can't guarantee the job yet. My employer may not like the design options and have me go to a local designer. I want to show them that freelancers has some of the best. Sorry I can't guarantee but if we love a design we will definitely award the prize
