Its a presentation/printout that includes a series of facts and statistics on the disease type one diabetes. We need a front cover for the presentation in a landscape design that can fit a wide keynote slide (16:9)

The only mandatory details are the name: T1D The Numbers That Count

No medical imagery: needles, devices etc

The colours that can be used are Blues, Whites, Blacks and Greys. Specifically:
