I have opened a second-hand bookshop in a small forest town in Western Australia called Dwellingup. Choose one of the following names and create an original logo for it OR create a name and design the logo for it.

The Trails Bookshop "where readers and books meet"
Whistle Stop Bookshop
Dwellingup Bookshop

There are lots of walking and cycling trails around the town and also a tourist railway in town. The town is surrounded by a JARRAH forest.
SEE ATTACHED FILES - they show the exterior and interior of the bookshop.

The dimensions of the sign are 157cm wide and 98cm high. I want the logo to have the same dimensions.
There will be additional work for the winner - I will need a sidewalk sign, banner to go across the front verandah, and signage for inside the shop, and for the side of the shop. These will be additional projects offered to the winner for around $15-$20 each.

The winning entry must provide the following file types: ai, psd, jpg, png, eps.

can you please tell me if the logo is likely to be horizontal (on a long sign) or square? It makes a difference to the logo design to know where it will go, on what type of sign. Kindest thanks

  Hi, I have that information in the brief - the dimensions of the sign. It is a shop front sign. The attached files show the shop front and the sign that the design will be attached to.

I don't understand exactly your vision about the logo itself. You've attached a lot of pictures and links. How exactly do you want the logo to look like? And do want it with an illustration of a bird as you've attached a lot of birds' pictures, and do you have a specific style or colors? Thanks.
