I would like to have a boy character design based on the attached image. It should have some facial resemblance of the character in the image but should be definitely more interesting and apealling.
The work should be vector and prepeared front and 3/4 view of the full character in color. The character should be done so its ready for cutout animation. I want the files in Adobe Illustrator or SVG inkscape.
