Create a new logo for our teachers organzation

Hi,
I am looking for someone, that can create a new logo for our organization. Our organization is connected with the "bell" from the old logo, so we need bell in a new desing too. Also we need the blue colors in the new design. As you can see in the attachment. The old old logo isn't modern, siple a pretty. We use it for about 30 years. So we need change. Full name of organization is "Českomoravský odborový svaz pracovníků školství" and we need to have it in our new logo too with czech interpunction.

If using short name, please use "ČMOS PŠ" not "CMOS" also the symbols up the C - Č and S - Š is needed.

Logo need to be simpler, modern, cleaner then the old one. Please don't use to much colors. White and shades of blue is good. As i said we are connected with the idea od ringing bell ()in shool we use ringing for start and end the teaching hours, it's like warning or something else) and blue color.
