I require a very short segment intro for an online learning program. It must include the following words in the voiceover: "It's time for Doctor Matsumoto's clipboard of facts".
The program is primarily for Australian firefighters and we need it to be fun and entertaining. Dr Matsumoto is an older Japanese looking animated character, however the voice announcing his segment does not necessarily have to be Japanese or Australian. You may wish to sing the words or include music/sound effects. There is no strict length however we need to keep it fairly short.
Some of the initial entries we received were good however our client has decided they want something to feature a voice more like in a old science show or radio/tv announcement.
