Harbour Shore Entertainment Logo Designs
After reading the brief and learning the location of the film company, I wanted to create a subtle, yet strong logo, a Harbours waters are calm, a harbour is strong and protects boats of all sizes, I was this to reflect through the logo. The lines either side of the word Entertainment are a very simple illustration of calm waters, the boat is an illustration of a yacht sailing calmly past the sun, Australia is known for it beautiful weather, the sails also are aimed to be a small representation of the Sydney Opera House. Not the people viewing this logo with out any information will know this, but some may relate to it. The logo can be adapted in anyway to suit a films style, whilst keeping it's own traditional format. I am also an animator and do create logo animations and have done so for film companies, so I would love to animate this as well.

I can imagine the sun rising from the water because in Australia that's how it is. So in the animation You would expect a silhouette effect on the sail boat and some shadow casting on the water.

Ok I can see where you are heading with this. Can we make the following changes. Can we have sun rising over a crest. The crest is intended to be the earth. Can the sails be improved, not too pinty at the top. Can we also have the whole emblem bigger relative to the Harbour shore word. See how you go with that thanks.
