Hello!,
We need to create to create a website that functions similar to [url removed, login to view] with Joomla integration for management as a component and for distribution.
We want to connect private homes to freelance workers in our local area for jobs that need to be done around the house and small to medium businesses.
We would need similar functionality to Freelancer in where we need:
Feedback ratings
Qualification Questionnaires
A submit work ability for the private homes with a set submit charge rate
a sign up function for workers with a set per job charge
an escrow to hold money while the work is in progress
accounts for both parties showing all milestones
Pretty much EXACTLY the same function as [url removed, login to view] or Elance etc. (down to live support and ticketing systems)
In the administrative backend we would need to be able to:
Set the amount we 'shave off' as profit from each job
Set the geographical areas people can submit to (post code, state etc)
Set the categories that the freelance workers can submit to (carpenter, painter, brickie, etc)
Additional to Freelancer:
Have a mobile app (iPhone/android) that allows workers to submit the stages they are up to (with images, text, etc) like a twitter feed for the job (very much like the messages function in Freelancer but mobile with automatic authentication and camera integration)

If in doubt of a functionality replicate the function from Freelancer for the site, it will be needed.
It is to be the same site only for in person, on site work for the construction industry.
We are flexible on price and would require 12 months of support after the site creation, I am interested to see what you guys come back with!
