What You Will Be Doing: Mainly, you will help us develop our PHP backend. The PHP backend is the core of our system, connecting web and apps with our database as well as connecting us to our industry partners, bi-directional.
Our core technologies that you will be working with are: - PHP (mainly; object oriented, Symfony2 framework) - MySQL - Nginx - Linux
You will be participating in the incremental development of our Symfony2 system, which connects to our apps and partners through REST and SOAP APIs using XML and JSON.
What You Need for this Position: - experience with object oriented programming - experience with SQL databases - experience with Linux or any Unix-like operating system What's beneficial: - experience with PHP - experience with Symfony2 - experience with web servers (preferably nginx) - experience MySQL - experience with JavaScript
